Joyce Muniz

Joyce Muniz is a DJ, producer, vocalist and radio host, born in Brazil and raised in Vienna. She started out as a DJ and MC at Vienna's Flex club, then spent ten years living in Berlin, and is now based in Lisbon, where she hosts a show on Austria's FM4. She has released on Exploited, Get Physical, Kompakt, Permanent Vacation and International DJ Gigolo, and was a Rinse FM resident for five years. In 2023 she dropped the album Zeitkapsel on her own label, Joyce Muniz Music — everything from trip-hop and downtempo to house and electro. Her track «Beats & Lines» with Sara Bluma (Kompakt, 2024) topped the Beatport indie dance chart for several weeks.
