A bar with an incredible view and a two-level terrace at an altitude of 2140 meters on the new Aqtas slope of the Oi-Qaragai resort, 40 minutes from Almaty. In a taxi, say "Aqtas, lower cable car station"; the ride up on the 10-seater cable car takes about 8 minutes, and there's parking at the lower station.
